
Here are some tips for ana...
(I either thought of these or saw it somewhere)
1. Wear a red bracelet. Every time you look at it, it helps you remind you that your on a diet. If you don't like bracelets, then wear a red shirt on Monday.
2. Get a stack of magazines that weigh as much as you, then every time you loose weight take the amount of weight you lost off of the stack and it helps seeing the stack get smaller.
3. Drink A LOT OF WATER! Water is your best friend other than ana.
4. If you are about to binge, look in the mirror, look at all the things you want to change. Drink a glass of water and do 100 jumping jacks and 20 crunches. Are you still hungry? Do it again if you are.
5. Hit the lower part of your stomach when it grumbles, not the upper part!
I know it might seem very little, I just don't want to write much and I was getting distracted by SpongeBob SquarePants
